Eligibility for Exchange

At Vital Euphoric, we strive to provide high-quality supplements. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be defective.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned with proof of purchase (receipt, purchase order, or order confirmation).

All returns will be inspected upon arrival. If the product does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to deny an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (such as opened or used supplements) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged.

  • Return items should be mailed to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Damaged or used items beyond reasonable inspection may be rejected.
