Order Processing & Fulfillment
At Vital Euphoric, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as efficiently as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the time they are placed.
Once processed, your order is handed off to the selected shipping carrier for delivery. Please note that fulfillment times may be extended due to high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If any delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Estimated Shipping Times
The following are estimated delivery times based on the shipping method selected at checkout:
Domestic Shipping (USA):
- USPS Domestic: 5-9 business days
- UPS Domestic: 5-7 business days
International Shipping:
- GlobalPost: 12-16 business days
- UPS Worldwide: 12-16 business days
Please note that these are estimated transit times and may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping fees are determined by real-time rates provided by the selected carrier.
International Shipping & Customs
We offer worldwide shipping. However, customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import restrictions in their country. Vital Euphoric is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by local regulations. If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
Note: For shipments to Brazil, a Tax ID number is required for delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Restrictions & Holidays
Our fulfillment center operates Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM EST, excluding U.S. federal holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Vital Euphoric is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us at vitaleuphoric@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the matter with the carrier.
